Not only are we re-branding our whole look, we have also moved offices! With a new, bigger office comes more services that we can offer!
Our new address is M-four Promotions, 13A Southview Park, Marsack Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG4 5AF.
A lot of our customers order promo merch for their multiple branches or want to order multiple items and have them packaged up in individual packs. This can be tedious and with different delivery dates, it can cause a storage issue whilst you are waiting for everything to come in. Fear not! M-four Promotions are here to help. A lot of you might not know this but we have been offering fulfilment for a while now. This paired with a bigger office means we can extend to offering storage also! Do you need to use up your budget but don’t have room to keep your promo merch in your office, leave it with us! Whether you have a virtual event coming up or maybe you have a new starter and you want to send them a welcome pack, we can help. We believe in premium customer service so let us do the hard work for you. We will order in your merchandise and can pack them up however you wish and have these sent out to individual addresses. As always we will keep you updated throughout the process giving you estimated delivery dates, updates on dispatch and when your goodies have been delivered.
This is nothing new to us, we are experienced in fulfilment jobs, we have customers who order stock for multiple branches on a quarterly basis and have others who have events on different dates worldwide. Don’t stress over sending out different quantities to different addresses, we dedicate time for your orders to ensure each delivery is perfect for you. If you need us to hold onto your stock, we now have space for these needs.
We are excited to have moved offices, having more space to work on your orders means we can take on more fulfilment and storage for you. We understand the pain having to deal with couriers so we can take that hassle off of your shoulders and organise this for you. As always we continue to look after you from the start when you are looking for ideas to delivery to your door. Any courier issues, we will keep you updated and will provide you with confirmation (and PODs where possible) of delivery.
