What’s to expect here at M-four?

We understand that no two customers are the same. Each sector or industry we work with is different. Companies have different marketing budgets, campaigns and target audiences. Here at M-four we have worked exclusively in the promotional merchandise industry for over 13 years, we have seen branded products come and go! We know the products that last the test of time and work well for many businesses and we like to keep up to date with new items and trends. Due to our in-depth knowledge of both our industry and the products available, be the new kids on the block or old faithful's, it allows us to offer you and your business sound advice when it comes to your choices of promotional merchandise.

What’s the process at M-four? How does it work?

Below are details as to what to expect when enquiring and ordering with M- four Promotions. We aim to be adaptable and work with any business in a fashion that suits them. Our team understand how important it is to have the time and worry taken away from you when buying promotional merchandise. We are small enough to care but big enough to make a difference!

  • We listen

The most important part of our process is us understanding your enquiry. Whether you contact us via email, phone or the website we will listen to your requirements and ask a few questions to make sure we not only understand your needs but also the best print methods and product options for your brief.  

  • We identify the best items for you

Once we have spoken with you and identified the product/s, time scale, print and budget, we will look at our preferred supplier list and choose the best factory/warehouse for your brief.  There is no point contacting the Far East if you need something in 5 days! Likewise, if you want an A5 mole notebook we would look to a warehouse with stock rather than a manufacturer starting from scratch. However, if you needed something bespoke then we would liaise with manufacturers to see who could make what you want with your time scale and budget in mind.

We will then send you a detailed quote of the product/s you have asked for with a clear description of each product, print method, print area, etc. The quote will have images and if time permits we will send out samples, experience tells us that images can be misleading and ideally you need to see and feel the item beforehand (please note, if lead time is critical and tight it may not be possible to get a sample, also some sample items are chargeable).

  • Placing your order and artwork approvals

Once you have decided on the item/s and quantities needed and are happy to proceed with your order, we will send the visuals/artwork proof over before the order is confirmed. In case you need any changes, you can make as many as you like before the order is confirmed but once the order and artwork is finalised there could be additional charges for any alterations.

You will now receive an order confirmation and final artwork proof.  Once we have received your approval of both, be that in the form of a purchase order confirmation and PO number or Proforma payment, we will then proceed with your order to production. Until this point, no stock is reserved or production slots booked. 

  • Update you on delivery status

You will be kept updated on your order throughout the whole process. As soon as the production slot is confirmed we are given an estimated delivery date by the factory and we will inform you of this ASAP. Then, when your product is due for delivery, we will let you know to make sure someone is available to sign for it. We track all deliveries and once we have a proof of delivery (POD), we send it on to you. Couriers are not as reliable as we would all like and find this process means if the package has been delivered incorrectly, we are aware of it ASAP.  We can ship to multiple addresses or overseas if needed too, additional carriage charges will apply but ask at your initial enquiry and we can make sure this is allowed for and that we allocate enough time in production and shipping. We can also offer fulfilment and store your items for an additional cost.

  • Thank You

We appreciate all orders and treat them all with the same respect and diligence. We like to send a little thank you for using our service at M-four Promotions. So, one of the team here at M-four Towers may just be sending something out to you. Keep an eye out in the post for a shiny envelope!

We don’t always get things right but when things do go wrong, we learn from the issues and put steps in place to ensure the same mistakes are not made again. First and foremost, we put any mistakes right.
