Who are M-four?

To put it simply we are a small team with over 20 years of experience between us. We are part of one of the UK’s largest buying groups and we only work with trusted promotional merchandise suppliers. We do not just sell products; we provide a tailored service that takes the hassle and time out of buying promotional merchandise. We adapt, in order to work within YOUR approach and methodology – with the aim of making YOUR business life that little bit easier.

With each order we ensure that we fully understand your brief, your marketing objectives, your customer profile and with our extensive knowledge of the market can then recommend products we know will work for you and your brand. We will work with you at all stages, from enquiry and concept through to the handling of the artwork and the final delivery of the order.

Judith Tinker – Managing Director

Judith believes that a great team with great leadership will achieve great things. No company with a poor team of people will achieve as much as one with a high-performance team. To this end she aims to recruit great people, train them well, set clear goals, motivate and lead them.

Favourite Product: Journal Notebook – much to the dismay of the rest of the team, do you really need a new notebook for every new project?!

Did you know: Judith keeps chickens - she loves cooking with fresh eggs! 

Ruby Cranmer – Office Manager

Ruby has a wealth of experience in Promotional Merchandise and runs a tight ship, keeping up to date with new and interesting items and ways of branding. Ruby directs the team effectively and oversees our Marketing. Ruby’s passion for Promotional Merchandise shines through and is contagious.

Favourite Product: Prodir pens – she’s become a bit of a pen snob after working in the industry for 8 years!

Did you know: Ruby has been a Vegetarian for the whole of her life – those lucky cows!

Charlie Newey – Sales Administrator

Charlie started working at M-four in 2014 and has an extensive knowledge of the promotional merchandise industry. She works in our sales team ensuring that quotes are sent out in a timely fashion. 

Favourite Product: Pantone matched nail varnish – in pink of course!

Did you know: Charlie absolutely loves Horror films - the gorier the better!!

Emma Osgood – Office Administrator

Emma works in our order processing team – her attention to detail means that your orders get delivered on time with no hiccups along the way! She liaises with our suppliers building up good relationships to ensure that the products we send out are of the best quality.

Favourite Product: Sticky Notes – Emma puts us all to shame with how organised her desk is, sticky notes help her keep everything organised!

Did you know: Emma’s claim to fame is that she once was in the audience of Jools Holland and spilt her drink on one of the members of The Beach Boys.


Sarah Allen – Marketing and Admin Support

Sarah works as admin support assisting both the sales and order processing teams. Meaning we always have some one on hand to help when it gets busy, allowing our customers to always receive the service that they are used to from us. 

Favourite Product: Travel Mugs – Sarah loves tea and is all about reusable products.

Did you know: Sarah shaved her hair off for Macmillan Cancer Support in January 2019, and raised over 4k.


Kate Hulcoop-Allen – Accounts Manager

Kate started with us in July 2018 and heads up the accounts department. It is Kate who will send you your invoice once your order has been delivered. Kate works with us on a contract basis but is very much part of our team. 

Favourite Product: Kate loves sticky notes, and uses them for her to do lists.

Did you know: Kate also runs her very own Kettlebell exercise class.
