artwork
To enable us to put your logo or design on to any promotional product giving a professional and clear finish it needs to be supplied in a suitable format. We work on PCs and use Illustrator CS2 software. Your files should be sent in Editable EPS format with all type set to outlines. All pantone colours should be specified. Any alterations that may be necessary can be done but may be chargeable.
GIF, TIFF, JPEG or BMP files are not generally suitable as they are not able to be scaled effectively and the resolution is not high enough to produce the professional finish required. These files saved as an EPS file are not classed as suitable artwork.
If you need artwork assistance or artwork created from scratch we have a graphic designer who can work with you at very reasonable rates. Please call for further information.
Print areas vary on products and if you would like to know the exact print area available for a product please call one of our team.
pantone colours
Pantone colours on computer screens may vary based on the graphics card and monitor used on systems. For true accuracy use a pantone swatch book. The chart offers a reference only guide.
samples
Here at M-four Promotions we believe it is important that you see an example of the product you have chosen. Virtual samples can give an idea of how your logo will look but we all know photos can be touched up to make something look much better than it is in reality - that is why we offer a sample before you order in all instances. Samples are supplied on a sale or return basis and are charged at plain stock prices.
